South Asians in cabinet:

Niki Sharma is Attorney General and Deputy Premier; Ravi Kahlon remains Housing Minister and will also handle Municipal Affairs; Ravi Parmar appointed Minister of Forests; Jagrup Brar is the Minister for Mining and Critical Minerals.

South Asian Parliamentary Secretaries:

Jessie Sunner, Harwinder Sandhu, Amna Shah, Sunita Dhir.

PREMIER David Eby appointed a new cabinet on Monday that he stressed is ready to listen to British Columbians and deliver on the core challenges people are facing – a team that combines years of experience and fresh perspectives from outside of government.

“At a time when there is a lot of worry and uncertainty about the future, British Columbians
